On Saturday evening, 'Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi' fame actress Payal Ghosh claimed the filmmaker Anurag Kashyap obscenely sought a sexual act from her. Well, the actress imposed sexual assault charges on Anurag while giving an interview to a Telegu news channel. The actress alleged that Anurag has forced himself on her extremely badly. Now, Payal appealed to the Prime Minister to provide her protection as she thinks her security is at risk and asked him to take action against Arurag.

While tagging PM Narendra Modi, Payal tweeted, "@anuragkashyap72 has forced himself on me and extremely badly. @PMOIndia @narendramodi ji, kindly take action and let the country see the demon behind this creative guy. I am aware that it can harm me and my security is at risk. Pls help!" Check out her tweet here -

After the allegations, Taapsee Pannu shared a picture with Anurag Kashyap on Instagram and supported her dear friend. She wrote, "For you, my friend , are the biggest feminist I know. Anurag Kashyap denied the allegations, claiming it was an attempt to 'silence' him, and called it 'baseless' and 'lies.' Anurag said, "Come on, I dragged other women along. Be modest, ma'am. I will just say that all your allegations are baseless. Check out the filmmaker tweet on the matter-
