With opting films like 'Love Sonia' and 'Super 30' and giving spectacular performances in the same, Mrunal Thakur has established herself firmly in the Hindi film industry. The versatile actress is now gearing up herself for adding one more feather to her cap as she is learning Mixed martial arts (MMA) these days.

Mrunal recently shared a video on Instagram where she can be seen practicing MMA with her trainer Rohit Nair in an MMA academy. In the video, its Mrunal's day 4 at the practice session, and is seen striking ( a Physical attack with the human body) and grappling with his trainer. While sharing the video, she wrote,"MMA #day4

Talking about Mrunal's upcoming projects, the actress has been locked in for Gowtam Tinnanuri's upcoming sports drama film 'Jersey', which stars Shahid Kapoor in the lead role.

Apart from this, she will also be performing in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's sports drama film 'Toofan' that has Farhan Akhtar in the main lead. Farhan will be playing the role of a national level boxer.
