A Netflix series 'Delhi Crime' which was based on the 2012 Delhi gang-rape case, brutally shivers one's mind with its realistic approach towards the storyline. The series, which was released on March 22nd, 2019, became the top-rated show of Netflix in 2019. Narrated from the perspective of DCP Vartika Chaturvedi (Shefali Shah), the series took the audience back to that horrific winter of 2012. Last year, with Richie Mehta's direction and screenplay, cast performances, the series earned huge applauds from the critics and audiences as well. And after a year of waiting finally, the series is taking an international flight. As of Thursday, Delhi Crime has been nominated at the International Emmy award, 2020 in the best drama category.
