The most awaited films of the Hindi film industry in the year 2020 got a direct release on Disney Plus Hotstar due to the closure of cinema halls amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Lootcase, Sadak 2, and Dil Bechara, the most popular dramas were premiered on Disney Plus Hotstar and now are all set to have a theatrical release in Australia.

Kunal Kemmu's comedy thriller film 'Lootcase' was the first film amid the lockdown to release in a digital platform and became one of the best comedy films of 2020. The film will now release in Australia on 8 October.

Dil Bechara, the last film of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput created a massive rush on the internet as the fans gave their all love and praise to the actor. Sushant's fans urged the makers of 'Dil Bechara' to release the film in theatres so as to pay tribute one last time to the actor. But the lockdown in the country did not let that happen. However, Dil Bechara will now be releasing in theatres in Australia on 15 October.

Alia Bhatt starrer 'Sadak 2' is the last on the list that will be releasing in Australia on 22 October. This film became the most low rated Indian film on imdb.Sadak 2 marked Mukesh Bhatt's comeback in direction and it proved that filmmakers should not take a long gap in making films as this one performed terrible in India. But it would be interesting to know how the Australians will like the movie.
