A film set on the drop back of the 90s, 'Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari' starring the never before seen star cast of Manoj Bajpayee, Diljit Dosanjh and Fatima Sana Shaikh is all set for the Diwali Dhamaka as the film is all set to be release on this November. After announcing Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari in December last year, the makers have finally announced the release date. The film is said to be an unlikely hilarious journey of a wedding detective who is on the hunt and how his journey takes a hysterical spin and turns into a chase game.

Trade analyst and critic Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and announced the release date of comedy-drama 'Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari' and wrote, "ARRIVES THIS DIWALI... #SurajPeMangalBharhumorarring #ManojBajpayee, #DiljitDosanjh and #FatimaSanaShaikh - to release this #Diwali... Abhishek Sharma, who is directing Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari, had revealed a few details about the concept of the film and said, "Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari is a unique family comedy that draws humour from the quirks of its refreshing yet relatable characters. The world is set in the innocence of the 1990s when there was no social media or mobile phone."

'Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari' ensemble cast includes Annu Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Seema Pahwa, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Nehha Pendse, Manuj Sharma, Neeraj Sood, Abhishek Banerjee, Vijay Raaz, Karishma Tanna, Vanshikha Sharma amongst others. The film is all set to release on November 13, 2020. The film can be directly released in the theatres as no OTT platform has been mentioned in the announcement post.
