On the fifth anniversary of 'Bahubali: The Beginning', one of Indian cinema's biggest hits, Prabhas revealed the first look of his new film 'Radhe Shyam' which was tentatively titled as #Prabhas20. Later, the actor announced Pooja Hegde as the main lead in the film. The poster's first impressions suggested the audience, an epic love story set in the dropback of Europe, with the colosseum in the background. The film seems more serious than just a light rom-com. As the title suggests, Prabhas' character will go by Shyam with Pooja Hegde being Radha, hinting at an epic Krisna-Radha love story. But on Pooja's birthday, Prabhas reveals the first look of Pooja's character named Prerana.

Now, according to the sources, 'the 'Radhe Shyam' motion poster is coming out on Prabhas' birthday, which falls on October 23rd'. If it goes as expected then we can speculate more about the storyline. As earlier, the first announcement poster was revealed, fans started theorizing that it is a love story with a time travel backdrop given the clock covered with flowers at its center in the poster.

Well, veteran Bollywood actress Bhagyashree is also cast in a crucial role in the film. The film is a romantic drama set in 1970's Europe. Filming took place in Hyderabad, Italy, and Georgia, but unfortunately was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. A few days back, the shoot was resumed in Italy in October 2020.

Radhe Shyam is a romantic drama film written and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar with Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. Apart from Prabhas and Pooja, the film features Sachin Khedekar, Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Bhagyashree Patwardhan, Murali Sharma, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Sathyan Sivakumar in the key roles. Shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi, the film is presented by Krishnam Raju under Gopi Krishna Movies and produced by UV Creations and T-Series.
