In the trailer, a dialogue recites, 'Ludo is life, life is ludo, whether you win or lose, ultimately the token has to reach home'. The film story follows the life of Abhishek Bachchan who kidnaps a small girl, on the other side, Rajkummar's character has a crush on his childhood friend who is now married and has a child and wants him to help her in escaping her husband from the jail. The third story connects the dots with Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanya Malhotra whose plans take them on a hilarious ride. The fourth story is about a guy who loots gangster Pankaj Tripathi's character money. After so many funny incidents, how their lives connect with each other, is all about Ludo. Ludo is a dark anthology comedy film directed by Anurag Basu and stars an ensemble cast of Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanya Malhotra, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Pankaj Tripathi, Rohit Suresh Saraf, Pearle Maaney and Asha Negi. Presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series in association with Anurag Basu Productions, Ludo is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Anurag Basu, Divya Khosla Kumar, Taani Somarita Basu and Krishan Kumar. The film is scheduled to release as a direct digital release on Netflix in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although it was initially scheduled to release on April 24, 2020. But now the film will release on November 12th, 2020 on Netflix.
