Stories that have been told via movies and TV shows always have turned some forgotten points of our history into a tangible thing that can be accessed anytime anywhere. Harshad Mehta's story is also one of them, which has been already told by Hansal Mehta through his SonyLIV hit series, 'Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story'. Way before the release of Abhishek Bachchan starrer 'The Big Bull', Hansal released his much-awaited project on the 1992 scamster. Hansal is getting applause for his direction and storytelling and is still trending on social media. Now, after the break of 8 months, 'The big Bull' star cast has finally wrapped up the remaining patchworks.

Tumbbad fame actor Sohum Shah shared a wrapped up picture of 'The Big Bull' on Instagram. In the picture, the actor can be seen cutting the cake wearing a peace blue stripe t-shirt. He captioned the post with an emotional note, "And it's a WRAP! After an 8 month break, we've finally finished shooting for #TheBigBull Mujhe Shoot Khatam Hone Ki Khushi Bhi Hai Aur Dukh Bhi. The Big Bull is a biographical crime film directed by Kookie Gulati and produced by Ajay Devgn, Anand Pandit, and Vikrant Sharma, Kumar Mangat Pathak. The storyline is a retelling of stockbroker Harshad Mehta's life involving his financial crimes over a period of 10 years, from 1980 to 1990. It stars Abhishek Bachchan as Mehta, Sohum Shah, Nikita Dutta and Ileana D'Cruz play supporting roles. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film will not be released theatrically and will directly stream on Disney+Hotstar, although the makers haven't announced the release date. Now, we have to wait and watch, when will the film release, and will the film be able to surpass the benchmark set by Hansal Mehta's Scam 1992.
