Vikrant Massey who was last seen in the Netflix film 'Ginny Weds Sunny' with Yami Gautam is now all set to romance another super talented actress in his next one. Reportedly, the actor has been paired romantically against Sanya Malhotra.

The film will be directed by Shanker Raman, a National Award winning cinematographer, who made his directorial debut with the critically-acclaimed Gurgaon in 2017. As per the sources, Shanker Raman wanted young actors as the script demanded freshness so he roped in Sanya and Vikrant together . `He wanted to cast young actors as the script demands freshness, and it was an instant 'yes' from both Sanya and Vikrant, who loved the subject. The duo will be seen in a completely new space in this yet-untitled film,` said a media source.

The report also revealed that the actors will be attending several acting worksop before commencing the film in early 2021. Talking about Vikrant Massey, the actor was last seen in Puneet Khanna's 'Ginny Weds Sunny' and next he will be seen in Vinil Mathew's mystery thriller 'Haseen Dillruba'. The film also stars Taapsee Pannu and Harshvardhan Rane in pivotal roles.

Produced by Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma, the film was initially scheduled for theatrical release on 18 September 2020 but got postponed due to coronavirus pandemic.
