In October month an FIR was filed against Kangana Ranaut following an order from a Mumbai court. The order was passed after the casting director, a petitioner who petitioned in the court, alleged that the actress is creating 'a communal divide between people of two communities and in the mind of common man' via her tweets on Twitter. Along with Kangana, her sister Rangoli Chandel's name is also mentioned in the complaint.

Now, it has been reported that poet-writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar has also filed a defamation suit against the actress. Earlier, Kangana Ranaut through his tweets alleged that Javed called her to his residence & threatened her on speaking out about her relationship with Hrithik Roshan. Her sister Rangoli also tweeted on the matter where she claimed that Bollywood lyricist-writer Javed Akhtar had once called the actress home and threatened her before asking her to apologize to Hrithik Roshan. Well, Ranaut sisters allegations made Javed take the legal step against Kangana.

According to a report published in a leading news portal which stated, `Javed Saab is by nature very tolerant. But this was going on for too long. Remedial action had to be taken. Javed Saab has filed an elaborate defamation case against Kangana.` The reports further stated that Javed Akhtar is ready for a long term legal battle and is not ready for an out of court settlement. Kangana hasn't reacted to his filed legal suit against her yet.

The earlier petition filed by the petitioner stated that Kangana Ranaut has a massive fan following and is well-aware that her tweets will reach out to many people and also mentions that she is creating a communal divide through her tweets. On this, the court said a thorough investigation by an expert is necessary. According to reports, the complaint mentions Kangana's tweets where she compared the BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) to Babur Sena, claiming that she is the first person to make movies on Jhansi Ki Rani (Manikarnika) and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and comparing Mumbai to POK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir).

Now, Mumbai Police have issued a second notice to Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel summoning the sisters to be present before it on November 10th in connection with a case filed against them for allegedly promoting enmity between communities through their remarks.

Well, it seems like Queen Kangana is now involved in another legal battle. Now we have to see what would be her reaction to Javed's legal step against her.
