Recently, poet-writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar has filed a defamation suit against Kangana Ranaut and seeks for action against Ranaut under the relevant provisions of the IPC for defamation. He filed the suit on the ground being falsely dragged in the Kangana-Hrithik controversy as earlier, the actress alleged that Javed Akhtar had once called the actress home and threatened her to apologize to Hrithik Roshan. Her remarks make the lyricist take legal action against Kangana. Well, for now, the actress hasn't said anything on the matter in the described manner but teh Queen never forgets to flaunt her attitude through her social media posts.

Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter and shared a series of pictures of herself while donning a dark grey co-ord set with a matching sweater and black boots. On the work front, the actress will be seen next in 'Tejas' helmed by Sarvesh Mewara, the film will follow the story of a daring and fierce fighter pilot, played by Kangana Ranaut. The Indian Air Force was the first of the country's defense forces to induct women into combat roles in 2016 and the film is inspired by this landmark event. On the other side, she will portray the role of a spy in 'Dhaakad' which is produced by Sohail Maklai productions and Asylum films, co-produced by Qyuki Digital Media. Meanwhile in A. L. Vijay's 'Thalaivi', Kangana will portray the titular role of actor-politician Jayalalithaa. Well, the actress has a huge line up of a rich content-driven script.
