Abhishek Bachchan who made his full-fledged digital debut with Amazon Prime's 'Breathe: Into the Shadows' has now bagged Anurag Basu's 'Ludo', a dark comedy crime film which is all set to hit the digital screens very soon. This is the first time Abhishek and Anurag Basu are collaborating for a project. On working with the Anurag, Abhishek said that the filmmaker's style of creating the work on the set was quite refreshing.
Speaking about his experience with Anurag, Bachchan reportedly told a media portal that he followed his lead. The actor further added that he didn't have to rattle off pages of dialogues as the director prefers silences in his scenes and so does he. As per Abhishek, Anurag doesn't like his actors to be overly prepared for any scene and wants them to react instinctively to the situation he creates.
Abhishek has most of his scenes in the film with child artist Inayat Verma. Spilling some beans on working with her, Abhishek reportedly said that he enjoys working with kids and working with Inayat was like joining hands with a veteran.
Ludo is an anthology dark comedy crime film produced by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Anurag Basu and Tani Basu. The film will be released on 12 November on Netflix.
