Diya Ghosh's Bob Biswas is a spin-off of Vidya Balan's Kahaani, in which Abhishek Bachchan is portraying the titular role.

In the viral pictures, Abhishek Bachchan can be seen in a blue shirt and dark pants, wearing a Bob Biwas wig and large glasses. On the other side, Chitrangda Singh can be seen donning a blue saree with a red blouse, carrying a black bag, and walking with Abhishek and a little boy who is playing the role of their son. His look from the film will remind you of Saswata Chatterjee who originally helmed Bob Biswas role in Kahaani. Check out his viral pictures here -

Talking about the project, Chitrangda Singh said, `It really felt good to be back on the sets after a gap of 8 months. I'm glad to be back. We've been following all the necessary precautions and maintaining social distancing because the virus is still there and we all need to be careful. It does feel a bit different with only limited people allowed on sets now, but that is how the new normal is and slowly everyone will get used to it.`

More about the Bob Biswas, then the film revolves around the character of Bob Biswas featured originally in Vidya Balan`s suspense thriller `Kahaani`, originally essayed by Saswata Chatterjee in the film. The spin-off also features Chitrangada Singh in a key role. Helmed by debutant director Diya Ghosh and written by Sujoy Ghosh, the film will be produced by Gauri Khan, Sujoy Ghosh, and Gaurav Verma. On the other side, the actor was last seen in Anurag Basu's Ludo for which he received a positive response for his performance.
