Now according to the reports, Ranbir Kapoor has node his head for the film and is all set to start preparing for his role which is going to be darker than Kabir Singh. A source close to the film stated that the actor is demanding 30 crores plus for the film. Reports suggest that the darkness and toxicity in 'Devil' will be much more intense than what it was in 'Kabir Singh'. The film might receive an 'A' certificate and Ranbir might face a lot of backlash and much more than Shahid.
Earlier, Sandeep Reddy Vanga was in talks with Prabhas for the role but things didn't work. Now, the director has helmed the seat after Ranbir said yes to the project. But still, nothing has been officially announced by neither director nor Ranbir Kapoor has confirmed the same. Well, If floating rumors are true then this film is going to be the darkest film in Bollywood.
On the work front, Ranbir will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji's sci-fi 'Brahmastra' which also stars his girlfriend and actress Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan. The actor will also be seen next in YRF's period drama 'Shamshera' with Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The actor also has Luv Ranjan's romantic film opposite Shraddha Kapoor in the pipeline.
