Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are waiting to kick-start the shooting of their next untitled rom-com by Luv Ranjan. Due to the pandemic, the film is already behind its set shooting schedule dates. But now, the director has decided to start the film shoot from January first week. Earlier it was reported the film will shoot in Mumbai but now, the director has changed his mind and will kick-off the schedule at his hometown, Ghaziabad.

The reports also disclosed that the veteran actress Dimple Kapadia who recently rose to fame from the Hollywood film 'Tenet' will also feature in the film. The actress is set to play an important role in the film. Luv Ranjan's untitled project in which he will be seen pairing for the first time opposite Shraddha Kapoor. It has been speculated that Shraddha will play the character of a waitress in the film, while Ranbir will be seen portraying the lover boy.

Well, Shraddha and Ranbir were about to start the shoot after Diwali in Mumbai but now with the change in plans, the director will shoot the film in Ghaziabad first. As earlier, the film was set to shoot first in Spain but due to a spike of COVID-19 in Spain, the makers have decided to wrap up the India schedule first. A major chunk of the story is set in Spain, but the film will start its shooting in Uttar Pradesh with makers taking a call on an overseas schedule depending on the pandemic.

On the work front, Ranbir will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji's sci-fi 'Brahmastra' which also stars his girlfriend and actress Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan. The actor will also be seen next in YRF's period drama 'Shamshera' with Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The actor also has Sandeep Reddy Vanga film titled 'Devil' in his kitty. On the other side, Shraddha Kapoor will be seen in the fantasy adventure film Nagin which is going to be a trilogy.
