Salman Khan is shooting for his upcoming film 'Antim: The Final Truth' along with his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma who is portraying the role of a gangster in the film. On the other side, Salman will helm the role of a Sikh cop and recently also Aayush unveils the first look of Salman wearing a Sikh turban on social media. Mahesh Manjrekar is shooting the film in the Film City, Mumbai and will wrap up the shoot by January or February. Now, the director has finalized the female cast of the film.

As per the reports, Mahesh Manjrekar has locked the leading ladies opposite Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma in the film. Well, the director cast his daughter Saiee Manjrekar and TV actress Mahima Makwana who was last seen in Eros Now's series 'Flesh'. Well, Saiee was last seen with Aayush Sharma in the music video Manjha by Vishal Mishra. In the song, their chemistry was praised by the audience but for now, it has not been confirmed whether the actress will star opposite Salman or Aayush in the film.


Well, earlier it was reported that Balika Vadhu fame Avika Gor has been finalized in the film but for some unknown reason the makers replaced her with Mahima Makwana. Reports are also suggesting that Mahima will be seen alongside Aayush in the film but still need to wait for the official announcement by the makers on the same.

Talking about 'Antim' then it is the official Hindi remake of the Marathi film, 'Mulshi Pattern'. The original film revolves around Sakharam, a farmer who sells his land due to financial constraints. However, his son, Rahul, holds it against him because he is forced to join hands with a criminal to earn money. In the Marathi original, the cop role that will be played by Salman in the Hindi remake was only a cameo but Manjrekar has now twisted the script a bit to enhance Salman's presence in the film. The film is set to release in 2021.
