Taapsee Pannu has several films in her kitty but the actress is quite excited for her upcoming sports drama film Rashmi Rocket. For the film, the actress was on a strict diet. Recently also, Taapsee talked about her holistic health and mentioned how she was sensitive to dairy and usually avoided Dahi and Lassi for a long time. But now with Rashmi Rocket, she added all kinds of dairy products to her diet. In her gut-fit body post, Taapsee's boyfriend Mathias responded with heart and fire emojis.

Taapsee Pannu shared a picture of her gym session and wrote, "There was once a time when I was really sensitive to dairy. The Punjabi me inherently loved dahi and lassi, but I kept avoiding them for a long time. Once I started working with @munmun.Ganeriwal few years back, her ways of holistic health began to work like magic. In a few months, my gut health had restored. Today my diet for #RashmiRocket as she plans, consists not only of ghee, curd, buttermilk but both my protein shakes (whey and casein) are dairy based too! More about Rashmi Rocket then it is a story of a Gujarati girl named Rashmi. Taapsee's character in the film is shown to be from Kutch in Gujarat. Rashmi Rocket is written by Nanda Periyasamy, Aniruddha Guha, and Kanika Dhillon. The film will be helmed by Akarsh Khurana who is famously known for directing Irfaan Khan's 'Karwaan'.

On the other side, Haseen Dillruba is a mystery thriller film directed by Vinil Mathew and produced by Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma under the banner Colour Yellow Productions. The film stars Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane. The actress will also be seen in Aakash Bhatia's 'Looop Lapeta' opposite Tahir Raj Bhasin.
