The actor wanted a break of 'my selfness' before jumping into another project and it seems as he is enjoying his me time. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the film is a remake of 2019 Telugu-language film under the same title. It stars Shahid Kapoor as a thirty-six-year-old cricketer who stopped his cricketing career ten years ago, now aiming to play for the Indian team.
The film also stars Mrunal Thakur in the female lead and Pankaj Kapur in a pivotal role. The film will be releasing in 2021.
