Amidst the night curfew in Maharashtra state, it was reported that Mumbai police has arrested 34 people including singer Guru Randhawa, cricketer Suresh Raina & Sussanne Khan for violating the COVID-19 protocols. But now, Sussannes Khan herself came forward and blasted the bubble of the floating media reports. Hrithik Roshan's ex-wife talked about the incident that happened at Dragon Fly Club at JW Marriott. The interior designer also clarifies the misconception on her arrest and also called the speculations incorrect and irresponsible.

Taking to Instagram, Sussanne Khan penned a note while trashing the news of her being arrested by the Mumbai police on Tuesday morning. She wrote, "A humble clarification, last night I was at a close friend's birthday dinner & a few of us extended to the Dragon Fly Club at JW Marriott, Sahar. At 2.30 am the authorities entered the club. Whilst the club management and authorities were sorting things out, all the guests present were asked to wait for a period of three hours. We were finally allowed to leave at 6 am. Therefore, the speculations by parts of the media that there were arrests made are completely incorrect and also irresponsible. Check out her post here -

She further added, "I fail to understand why we were made to wait or what the issue was with the authorities and the club. I am setting the record straight with this statement. I have utmost regard & respect for the Mumbai police & for all their selfless efforts in keeping us Mumbaikars safe. Without their constant vigilance for public welfare, we would not feel safe. As per earlier reports the raid took place on Tuesday, at around 2.30 am, where police arrested cricketer Suresh Raina, Sussane Khan, Singer Guru Randhawa along with other celebrities under section 188 of IPC, Bombay Police Act and Epidemic Disease Act.
