In the second season, Pankaj Tripathi will reprise his famous Madhav Mishra's character from the series, and this time, he will handle a new case of Anuradha Chandra who is behind the bars for a murder attempt on her husband Vikram Chandra.

'Criminal Justice: Behind Closed Doors', will feature Tripathi reprising his role of defense lawyer Madhav Mishra and Goenka as lawyer Nikhat Hussain, who attempts to unravel another case. The series second season features Shilpa Shukla, Jisshu Sengupta, Anupriya Goenka, Mita Vashisht and Kirti Kulhari in the pivotal roles. The web-series will hit the digital screens on December 24, on Disney plus Hotstar VIP.
