Trivia Time: A moment when Amitabh Bachchan replicates Michael Jackson's signature style for Manmohan Desai!

The actor is known for sharing trivia on his social media and this time Amitabh Bachchan brings back some unforgettable memories from 1988 when he was shooting for Manmohan Desai's classic film 'Gangaa Jamunaa Saraswathi'. Well, it was the last movie helmed by prominent director Manmohan Desai as the director as he has announced his retirement along with the completion of the movie.

Amitabh Bachchan shared a throwback picture of his Michael Jackson's avatar on Instagram from the film sets of Gangaa Jamunaa Saraswathi (1988). Through the picture, he talked about how director Manmohan Desai thought that he could replicate King of Pop. Walking through the memory lane, Big B wrote, "when Manmohan Desai thought that I could replicate MJ in our film Ganga Jamuna Saraswati .. 😐😐 What a failure I was !!" Check out his post here -

Manmohan Desai's drama film 'Ganga Jamuna Saraswati' (1988) starred Amitabh Bachchan as Ganga, Meenakshi Sheshadri as Jamuna, and Jaya Prada as Saraswati. Apart from them, the film also featured Mithun Chakraborty, Amrish Puri, Nirupa Roy, and Aruna Irani. Although the film declared a box office flop but performed financially well in the 90s reruns.
