Shahid Kapoor is all set to kick-off Raj & DK directorial web-series 'Gavar' from January 2021. Along with him, South star Vijay Sethupathi and Malavika Mohanan will also join the actor. The series is going to be an action-packed thriller and will be Raj & DK's second web-series after 'The Family Man'. Now, as per the reports, South actress, Raashi Khanna who is known for working in Telugu and Tamil language films has joined the star cast.

Raashi Khanna made her debut in a supporting role with Madras Cafe (2013) and subsequently made her debut as a female lead in Telugu with Oohalu Gusagusalade (2014). Along with Malavika Mohanan, Raashi will also play a prominent role in the web-series.


Well, if reports are true, then this is going to be her comeback in the Hindi cinema after Madras Cafe in which she played a short role alongside John Abraham. Although, she is still a fresh face in Bollywood but has earned a prestigious name in the South industry.

As per the reports, the action-series is titled 'Gavar' and going to be a two seasons show. The star cast will kick-off the shoot in January 2021 in Goa and Mumbai locations, and will try to wrap up the shooting schedule by June month.
