Bhumi Pednekar is shooting for her next social-comedy film, 'Badhaai Do' in Dehradun along with her co-star Rajkummar Rao. The actress also shared the film's Muhurat shot on her social media. The film plotline is set to be based on the lavender marriage and Bhumi is playing the role of a PT teacher on the other side, Rajkummar will be seen helming the role of a cop. Well, for the first time, actors are sharing screen and just like Badhaai Ho, the second installment will also raise a serious issue but with humor.

Bhumi Pednekar took to her Instagram story and shared an early morning 4:00 a.m BTS picture from the sets of Badhaai Do featuring Rajkummar Rao packed in a red jacket. Harshvardhan Kulkarni's comedy-drama film stars Bhumi Pednekar & Rajkummar Rao. The film is a sequel to Ayushmann Khurrana's 'Badhaai Ho' (2018). The film's first part was helmed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma and starred Ayushmann Khurrana, Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, Surekha Sikri, and Sanya Malhotra in the key roles. Badhaai Ho was a massive hit at the box-office and was much-liked by the critics too.
