Actor Sidharrth Sipani, who has been part of shows such as Zindagi Ki Mehek, is currently part of a web film titled Fariha that also stars actor Subuhii Joshi. The actor says that he is thrilled with the way his career is going. `I am currently working on a project which has been on my wishlist since a while now. There are many more to come. There is no turning back now. I want to focus on moving forward and grabbing all the opportunities,` he says, adding, `I want to bring more discipline to my work. It is said that discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. If you are disciplined with your work, everything eventually falls into place and you are happier. You need to follow your passion and do whatever makes you happy. Everything gets easier with time. There are days when your body gives up, you have sleepless nights but you need to keep going on. Don't ever retreat or be give up. That is the only way to manage everything at one go.`

About his role he says, "I am worknig ni a mobile company and we have shot the web film in Bhopal and it has really been cold". Ask him what he has learnt from his career, and he says, `To believe in yourself and stay focused. Hard work will pay off one day. It is important to continue to work hard and be patient. You cannot give up in between.`
