Those who have seen the rushes of his debut film "Love Story 2050" swear that he dances like a dream and is also a competent and confident actor. Boney Kapoor certainly thinks so and has signed him for the remake of a south Indian film.
"The minute I heard the script I decided this untitled southern remake would be my second film. It's an extremely interesting script. And any leading man would give his left hand to be in it," Harman told.
Anees Bazmi, who resurrected Kapoor's doddering production house with the super hit comedy "No Entry", will direct the remake.
Says Harman: "Besides the script, it was Bazmi who convinced me to do this film. He's a wonderful director. My film with Aneesji won't be a comedy. It's an out-and-out romantic film. I feel this would be a good follow-up to my debut film 'Love Story 2050'."
While the leading lady is yet to be finalised, this film will be presented by Boney Kapoor's youngest sibling Sanjay Kapoor.
Meanwhile the buzz about Harman's debut film - expected to release at yearend - is definitely positive.
"God has been kind. My first film has shaped up well enough. We've shown portions to some experts and they're all for it. I'm being very choosy about my roles. I don't want to trip and fall," said Harman.
