Salman Khan's team posted an advisory, stating: `This is to inform that neither Mr. Salman Khan nor any of his affiliated companies or teams are organizing any upcoming concerts or appearances in the USA in 2024.` They further emphasized that any such claims are entirely fabricated: `Any claims suggesting that Mr. Khan will be performing are completely false. Please do not trust any emails, messages, or advertisements promoting such events.`

The advisory concluded with a warning that legal action would be pursued against anyone misusing Salman Khan's name for fraudulent purposes. The post was captioned as `Official Notice!` ensuring that fans and the general public were alerted to the scam.

Earlier that day, Jordy Patel, Salman Khan's manager, shared an image of a fake concert poster on his Instagram Stories. The poster falsely advertised a Salman Khan concert in California, set to take place on October 5, 2024, at 4 PM (EST). Accompanying the poster, Jordy Patel wrote: `Do not buy tickets. Salman Khan is not making any appearances in the US in 2024.`
