Veteran Bollywood writer Salim Khan has recently received another death threat, sparking concerns across Bollywood circles. The threat came from an unidentified woman, who ominously warned of sending a notorious gangster to harm him, according to a police official on Thursday.

This latest threat marks the second time Salim Khan'father of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan'has been targeted in the last few months. Both incidents occurred near his residence, the iconic Galaxy Apartment located in Bandra West, Mumbai.

The newest threat unfolded on Wednesday morning when Salim Khan was out for his routine morning walk at the Bandra Bandstand, a popular promenade near his home. Around 8:45 a.m., while taking a brief rest on a bench in front of the Windermere Building, Khan was approached by a man and a woman riding a scooter. The duo was reportedly wearing a burqa, and their arrival caused alarm as they sped toward him from the direction of the Galaxy Building.

Upon confronting Khan, the couple chillingly asked, "Lawrence Bishnoi ko bheju kya?" (Should I send Lawrence Bishnoi?), a direct reference to the infamous gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Without waiting for a response, they quickly turned around and left the scene.

Following the incident, Salim Khan's personal bodyguard, Deepak Borse, immediately lodged a complaint at the Bandra Police Station. Senior Police Inspector Sanjay Marathe confirmed the registration of a case against the unidentified individuals and launched an investigation.
