As the vibrant festival of Navratri approaches, it's a time of joy, devotion, and celebration for many across India. The festival, dedicated to worshipping Goddess Durga and celebrating the triumph of good over evil, holds a special place in the hearts of people from all walks of life. Celebrating this spirit, Sony SAB artists share their fond memories and personal experiences of celebrating Navratri. From fasting with family to dancing the night away at a garba event, these heartfelt recollections capture the essence of the festival and the deep connection they feel with these cherished traditions.

Prachi Bansal, who essays the role of Sita in Shrimad Ramayan said, 'Navratri holds a special place in my heart. My mom always performs the pooja, and I've been a devoted follower of Devi Maa since childhood. Fasting with my mom and participating in the festivities, like feeding the little girls, are cherished memories for me. Although I won't be able to enjoy Garba nights with friends this year due to my shoot of Shrimad Ramayan, the positive energy of Navratri and my devotion to Devi Maa make this festival truly unforgettable.'

Pariva Pranati, who essays the role of Vandana in Wagle Ki Duniya said, 'Navratri brings a wonderful festive atmosphere all around, and it's truly beautiful. For me, the essence of festivals lies in being compassionate and kind with all living beings. I find joy in connecting with God in quiet and peaceful moments. There's a havan at my parents' place that feels purifying, and the inherent happiness during this time is something I truly cherish.'

Shefali Rana, who essays the role of Poonam Khanna in Badall Pe Poan Hai said, 'Navratri is a vibrant celebration of faith, culture, and community. I love adorning my home with flowers and rangoli, lighting diyas, and preparing traditional dishes. Worshipping Goddess Durga, the embodiment of feminine power, fills me with joy, especially when I participate in garba and dandiya in her honor. Navratri is not just about festivities; it's about celebrating divine femineity, women's empowerment, and the triumph of good over evil. It is a time to bond with the community and brings spiritual growth, making it a truly special festival for me.'
