This weekend, Sony Entertainment Television's dance reality show, India's Best Dancer vs. Super Dancer: Champions Ka Tashan is set to ignite the stage with its electrifying episode. The show, hosted by Haarsh Limbachiyaa, will see Team Owner Malaika Arora rooting for the dynamic talent of India's Best Dancer while Team Owner Geeta Kapur supports the young prodigies of Super Dancer, as they go head-to-head in the ultimate dance showdown. With 'Lord of Dance': Remo D'Souza, at the helm of this Judges' panel, the show spotlights twelve exceptional dancers'six from India's Best Dancer and six from Super Dancer'who are divided into two rival teams, each led by three renowned choreographers.

The competition will heat up as Remo D'Souza's special wheel, "Pahiya-E-Pareshani," throws a unique challenge to the two rival teams, with the thrilling "Gaana Ek, Dance Anek" challenge. The rules? The talented dancers must perform to one common song, "Prem Jaal" from the movie Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hai, but showcase two very different styles in their performances. The judges will then decide who did the best justice to the song. Malaika selected the boneless wonder, Debaparna from her team, while Geeta Kapur, the team owner of Super Dancer, chose Tushar & Rupsa, also known as TuRup, to represent her team.

Debaparna began with a dramatic entry and executed several stunts that were visually striking. Remo D'Souza was in awe of her unique approach, saying, "The spiderman character you portrayed was outstanding. The way you brought out the semi-classical aspect was impressive. You justified what was given."However, Geeta wasn't as impressed. She stated, "Your entry was great, but I didn't see clarity in the dancing bits. The stunts were good, but the dance parts lacked sharpness. The attempt was there, but it wasn't clear enough, especially in the transitions." Malaika, as expected, disagreed with Geeta's assessment and countered, 'I don't agree with Geeta. What she feels, I understand, but for me, the performance was strong. Dekhte hai aage kya hota hai.'

Next up were Tushar & Rupsa, who brought their own unique flair to the same song. The performance had high energy and bold stunts, but Malaika wasn't pleased with Tushar's energy level. "Rupsa, you were full of energy, and you looked very mature while dancing. But Tushar, today your energy seemed off. You can't hide behind props like smoke, lights, fire, and wind-they can only enhance the performance but it's a crutch; show us true blue dance," she commented sharply. Geeta, defending her team, responded "If you call props a clutch, then I'll say you can't hide behind tricks. Their performance was much more about dance than just stunts."

Remo, trying to mediate the heated discussion, stated his disagreement with both team owners and said, 'Both performances had their own unique perspectives. The forms and concepts were different, but the key thing is who justified the song better. Contortion is a form of dance, you can't call it a stunt and Debaparna did well. Both teams did their best, but I personally disagree with Malaika on Tushar. I thought his performance was outstanding."
