Rakul Preet Singh is all set to make her return to the big screen with the highly anticipated sequel, De De Pyaar De 2. According to reports, the actress will commence shooting for the film on January 18.

A source close to the project shared, "Rakul Preet Singh is scheduled to begin shooting for 'De De Pyaar De 2' from January 18. The shoot is expected to continue until early February. Fans are ecstatic to see her reprise her role in this long-awaited sequel."

Rakul Preet Singh will be returning as Ayesha Khurana, while Ajay Devgn will once again portray Ashish Mehra. Additionally, R. Madhavan has joined the cast as Dev Khurana, Ayesha’s father, adding an intriguing new dynamic to the storyline.

Directed by Anshul Sharma, De De Pyaar De 2 will also feature Tabu, Jimmy Shergill, Alok Nath, and Inayat Sood in key roles. Tamannaah Bhatia and Prakash Raj will make special cameo appearances.

The film’s music will be composed by Ariyan Mehedi, while cinematography duties will be handled by Sudhir K. Chaudhary. The much-awaited sequel is scheduled to hit theaters on November 14, 2025.
