Bollywood star Emraan Hashmi has revealed the first poster of his upcoming action-packed film, Ground Zero. The striking poster showcases Emraan in a bold and intense avatar, gripping a weapon (likely an AK-47), set against the backdrop of a war-ravaged city.

Sharing the poster on Instagram, Emraan captioned it: "The untold story of a mission that changed Kashmir forever. #GroundZero in cinemas on 25th April, 2025. #AbPrahaarHoga."

Ground Zero – A High-Stakes Mission in Kashmir

The film is inspired by real-life events following the 2001 Parliament attack, focusing on a BSF officer’s relentless two-year mission to track down mastermind Ghazi Baba, leading to one of India’s biggest anti-terror operations.

Directed by Tejas Deoskar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan Akhtar under Excel Entertainment, Ground Zero is slated to hit cinemas on April 25, 2025.

Emraan Hashmi Announces Awarapan 2 on His Birthday

On March 24, as Emraan Hashmi turned 46, he surprised fans with the announcement of Awarapan 2, the sequel to his cult classic Awarapan (2007).

Confirming the release date, Emraan wrote: "Bas mujhe kuch aur der zinda rakh… #Awarapan2 in cinemas, 3rd April 2026."

The sequel promises to revive the gritty emotions, intense drama, and soul-stirring music that made the original a fan favorite. Directed by Mohit Suri, Awarapan was an action crime thriller, loosely inspired by the South Korean film A Bittersweet Life.
