Delbar also highlighted how dance has positively influenced her mental and emotional well-being, especially in an industry that is fast-paced and constantly evolving.
"Dance truly makes me happy. It's something that brings me peace and energy at the same time. Whether it's preparing for a role or simply dancing in my room. Dance is more than just steps; it’s a form of expression." Adding to this, she shares, "On tough days, I just put on music and dance; it helps reset everything. Wherever life takes me, dance will always be a part of my journey. It's my happy place."
