Aditya (Fardeen Khan) is living a blissful life which every man would dream of.
He's got a beautiful, wife (Isha Koppikar) at home and a stunning girlfriend (Esha Deol) at work.
His life is balanced with these two women by using some cleverly manipulated lies. By doing so, he gets to experience the best of both worlds.
All seems fine until his girlfriend shocks him with the news that she is pregnant.
Seeing his world crumbling fast before him, Aditya confesses to her that he cannot leave his wife.
His girlfriend is devastated upon hearing that Aditya is married. She flies into a rage resulting in a brutal fight in which she accidentally dies.
A terrified Aditya disposes of her body and returns home, thinking that the worst is behind him.
But he couldn't be more wrong. For the nightmare has only just begun. His wild girlfriend is back as a ghost.
And she will stop at nothing till she gets her revenge in this typically Ram Gopal Verma style horror.
Darling will see Esha playing the role of a ghost for the first time on screen.
Whilst shooting for the film, Esha got so involved with her character that she became so scared that she decided not to do the movie's Tamil version with opposite leading
actor Madhavan.
Director Ram Gopal Verma is not new to making horror flicks. One of his films, titled, Bhoot (meaning ghost), did excellent business in the UK cinemas and received raved
reviews from the critics for its realistic special effects.
