Three years after the massive success of 'The Kashmir Files', Darshan Kumar is returning to the big screen with yet another powerful story - The Bengal Files (earlier titled 'The Delhi Files'), directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri. The teaser of the film was released today, and it promises to be an emotionally charged, brutally honest cinematic experience.

The Bengal Files also stars Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Puneet Issar and Pallavi Joshi. Darshan Kumar once again plays a Kashmiri Pandit - a character that reflects the pain, resilience and unheard struggles of the entire community. Talking about the overwhelming response the teaser has received, Darshan said, "I am very excited and a little nervous about the teaser of 'The Bengal Files'. My character embodies the pain, strength and resilience of the entire community. After 'The Kashmir Files', playing a Kashmiri Pandit again was not just a role but a responsibility."

Meanwhile, Darshan is busy with a number of impressive projects. After the success of 'Aashram 3', and while awaiting the release of the next season of the popular web series 'The Family Man', the actor is currently shooting for an untitled suspense thriller in Bihar.
