Kareena Kapoor is acting pricey yet again. Our little birdie tells us that Kareena has been playing truant with Boney Kapoor. She is supposed to have given bulk dates to his production, Khushi. But after Suneel Darshan`s Talaash came along, she is said to have forgotten all about her commitments.
Knowing the actress, it shouldn`t be a surprise. The rules of the game certainly don`t apply to her. Did someone say lack of professional ethics? If you are Kareena Kapoor, who cares?Unfortunately, this act of unprofessionalism has completely put the Boney Kapoor unit off gear. Plans of a year-end wrap up seem difficult. The lady simply decided the Darshans were more important to her as they are family friends.
We are told Khushi required the actress to get into the serious mould. It needed her to do a bit a `method acting`. Given Kareena`s fondness to flaunt her spontaneity (read limited range), it`s not surprising she finds the prospect daunting.Did she not say she preferred `real` actresses like Meena Kumari and Nargis?
