Hungama OTT, one of India's leading Hindi streaming platforms, is set to launch its latest original series, Vinny Ki Kitaab, streaming from December 11, 2025. This bold six-episode drama stars Aalisha Panwar in a striking new avatar, alongside an impressive ensemble including Abhishek Kapoor, Sanjay Gagnani, Mansi Jain and Afreen Alvi.

Set against the serene backdrop of Kasol, Vinny Ki Kitaab follows the life of Vinny ,a quiet, small-town woman who pours her deepest fantasies into a private journal, never imagining the consequences it will unleash. When her most intimate thoughts are exposed in ways she never intended, Vinny is forced to make a life-altering choice: remain silent or rise to reclaim her narrative.

Caught between desire and dignity, shame and strength, Vinny embarks on a journey of self-discovery that challenges the world’s judgments and pushes her to redefine who she is and who gets to tell her story.

Sanjeev Lamba, Executive Producer, Hungama Digital Media, shared: "Vinny Ki Kitaab stands out because it holds a mirror to lives that are often overlooked. Many women carry entire universes within them. This series gives space to that inner world and to the choices that come with it."

Aalisha Panwar, who essays the titular character, adds: "Vinny is one of the most challenging characters I’ve played. On the surface, she’s silent and restrained, but inside is a storm of emotions and conflicts. Portraying her silence, her strength, and her rebellion pushed me as an actor in the most rewarding way."

Abhishek Kapoor, who plays Vinny’s husband Navneet Nautiyal, shares: "What sets this series apart is how it reveals that the quietest lives often hold the loudest battles. Mansi Jain, portraying the formidable antagonist Sarla, says: "Sarla’s betrayal becomes the turning point of the story. She manipulates Vinny into getting her diary published through her own husband. While I would never justify her actions in real life, portraying this conflict was intense and dramatically powerful."

Sanjay Gagnani, who plays the publisher, adds: "Vinny Ki Kitaab breaks away from the usual template and dives into human flaws, ambition, and consequences. Every character carries shades of grey, making the story raw, real, and riveting."
