Lissome Lisa Ray has been roped in by doe-eyed Aishwarya Rai to play the second female lead in "Dil Ka Rishta".

The film, Ash's maiden production venture, will have Arjun Rampal playing the male lead. Priyanshu Chatterji (the handsome hero of "Tum Bin") has also been signed to play Lisa's beau in the film.The film is being directed by Naresh Malhotra and is expected to hit the marquee by the September-end this year.
