Sony SAB’s mythological saga Gatha Shiv Parivaar Ki - Ganesh Kartikey unfolds the divine journey of Lord Ganesh (Nirnay Samadhiya) as he confronts the rising vices unleashed by Sindhurasura. As Lord Ganesh steps into the Chintamani chapter of the Ashtavinayak Yatra, the show captures how faith, restraint, and wisdom guide through the tests of desire, devotion, and moral balance.

In the upcoming episodes, the vice of intoxication and addiction rises when the divine jewel, Chintamani, gifted to the humble rishi Kapil (Eindraneel Bhattacharya), begins to be misused by Prince Guna (Abhishek Sharma), who falls into the trap of Madasur (Prasoon Arya), fueling greed and a desire for more. Seeing the danger of these vices, Lord Indra seeks Lord Ganesh’s help to restore balance and protect Chintamani’s true purpose. Taking this as a test of faith and restraint, Lord Ganesh embarks on a divine journey to reclaim the jewel and guide those blinded by intoxication and excess back to the path of devotion. Through wisdom, disguise, and divine play, Ganesh reveals the truth behind misuse and excess, reminding all that true power lies not in possession, but in faith and righteousness.

Nirnay Samadhiya, who plays Lord Ganesh, shared, “When I read the script about the Chintamani story and how Prince Guna starts misusing the jewel under the influence of Madasur, I realised how important it is to stay grounded and not get carried away by things that look powerful from the outside. As Lord Ganesh, I get to show how wisdom and calmness can fix situations that seem out of control. I loved performing the scenes where Lord Ganesh guides people back to the right path, because even in real life, we all need someone who reminds us to stay balanced and make good choices.”
