Bhangra-Pop singer Harbhajan Mann is making a transition from a singing to acting in a Punjabi film being produced by him.

The film titled "Jee Aayon Noo" will have Harbhajan making his acting debut opposite Priya Gill (who played female lead opposite SRK in "Josh"). Renowned cinematographer Manmohan Singh will wield the megaphone for the film, while music director Jaidev Kumar will compose its songs.

Harbhajan concedes that it was his long cherished dream (since 1996) to make a Punjabi film with himself in the leading role. Therefore, he is letting loose his purse strings and sparing no effort and money to make sure that "Jee Aayon Noo" turns out to be an outstanding film in terms of gloss and content.A great part of the film has already been canned and shooting for the remaining part is presently going on in Canada. The film is expected to hit the marquee by this year-end.
