Mahima Chaudhary is upset with rumours that she is all set to marry Leander Paes by the end of the year. On the sets of Raman Kumar`s Sarhad Paar, starring Sanjay Dutt and Tabu, Mahima spoke candidly about her future plans. `The rumours about my impending marriage are really amusing.
The fact is that my parents are not pressurizing me at all to get married this year itself. I am open about my relationship but marriage can wait for another 5 years. I am not going to throw away whatever I have achieved all these years.`Mahima continues, `It is only those actresses who have never had a boy friend and get one suddenly who decide to plunge into matrimony, because they are not sure of themselves or their men. And these rumours are really baseless, Recently, I was doing stage shows in Canada for almost a month. Leander was in Wimbledon. Yet it was written that we were holidaying together. He was busy with his work and I was busy with mine.`
Five of Mahima`s films are to be released this year itself, namely Om Jai Jagadish, Dil Hai Tumhara, Zameer, Tere Pyar Ki Kasam, Hum Do Hamara Ek, and Sarhadpaar. With five films to her credit and a five year waiting period before marriage, Mahima sure deserves a high five for being upbeat and in the spotlight.
