Lissome Urmila Matondakar has been signed by Ramgopal Varma to play a stellar role in his next directorial venture Ek Haseena TheeWhat's special about Ek Haseena Thee is that it is the first Hindi film to be produced by Hollywood's leading production house 20th Century Fox.

It has Saif Ali Khan playing the male lead opposite Urmila. Antara Mali too has been signed to essay a brief role in the film, it is learnt.Ek Haseena Thee will go on floors by July end. Fox India (the Indian branch of 20th Century Fox) is planning to release the film in January 2003. Fox India will also be responsible for its marketing and distribution.
