Q.: Which are your five all time favourite songs?
A.: It's too tough to decide on that. I have to think a lot. Okay, let me try. The first song that I can remember is "Naam Ada likhna" from my first film "Yahaan".
Then the songs would follow the sequence like "Pyar ki yeh kahani suno" from the film "Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd.", "Surmaye sham ati hai" from the film "Jab We Met", "Aankho me teri" from the film "Om Shanti Om" and the last would be "Jab se tere naina" from the film "Saawariya".
Q.: Which is your favourite romantic song?
A.: There is a song in still-to-be-released film "Kidnap". I think that's my most favourite romantic song.
Q.: Which opinion is most close to your heart – Today's songs are better than oldies, Today's songs are as good as oldies had been or Today's songs are worse than oldies.
A.: I think songs from each and every period have had its identities. Oldies were also very attractive songs. Actually our problem is that we have forgotten oldies. But at the same time we cannot forget that today's music is also very good.
Q.: How do you look at the concept – Old is Gold?
A.: I would like to say that if "old is gold" then new songs are also excellent. - Rajnee Gupta
