There`s something about the Liril girls. They have always caught the nation`s attention with their freshnss and charm but rarely have they attained Bollywood stardom. But that was then. They have been making it big of late even in tinsel town. First it was dimpled beauty Preity Zinta and now it`s Tara Sharma.

This graduate from the prestigious London School of Economics has had a roller coaster ride. Post Liril and Pepsi ads, she was offered Feroz Khan`s home production Janasheen on a platter. She declined saying she "wasn`t sure about joining movies." The role went to Calcutta lass Celina Jaitley.

After dillydallying for a while she finally debuted opposite Abhishek Bachchan in Anupam Kher`s Om Jai Jagadish. Now the lady is all set to make her stage debut in London. After a stiff audition she has bagged the role of Juliet in a stage production of Romeo and Juliet. She begins rehearsals next month at the Birmingham Repertory Company in London and Birmingham.Good going lady!
