Sonu Nigam, the very versatile singer really believes that 'Time and Tide wait for No man'. "I think time will never take care of you if you don't think about time.

I still can remember an advice given by my friend as he told me to go late so that people think about my importance. But I think importance of people in this industry cannot be measured till someone is at the position of Amitabh Bachchan", opines Sonu.

Sonu who is busy these days with his new album 'Classically Mild', held a press meeting for the same recently and was expected to arrive at the venue at 7pm, but did not turn up even after nearly 3 hours of the stated time.

Well, wonder what kept the otherwise time-conscious Sonu occupied that day?

At last, when he did turn up, most of the media people had left the place and the few who were patient enough to wait, did put the question of his late arrival at the conference.

A very surprised and angry Sonu blasted at his PR and was heard saying that he was recording a song at Yashraj Studios and was totally unaware of media waiting for him from long. He also told his PR in very stern words that he does not like anyone waiting for him.

Well, all is fine Mr. Sonu, but how come your PR never did tell you of the press conference? What does the PR gain by destroying the image of Sonu in front of the media?

The only thing that strikes our mind is that the singer might now be taking his word's advice seriously in order to get all the recognition and publicity!

If this is true, wonder what happened to Sonu's 'Golden Rule' that time will never take care of you if you don't think about time?
