Yash Raj Films` newest flick Mujhse Dosti Karoge`s release is just a few weeks away and the two leading ladies - Rani Mukherjee and Kareena Kapoor are busy issuing statements about how it`s going to be their do-or-die film.

At a time when filmmakers can boast of only five hits this half of the year, MDK is one film which everyone is looking forward to. Hrithik who needs a hit badly, has lost kilos doing stage shows in his homeland and abroad. Kareena too hasn`t had a solo hit in a long time and is understandably excited.But one actress who has put all her eggs in one basket is the other heroine Rani, who is banking heavily on the film, and claims she has been cast in a `mature role for the first time.` What the film`s rushes revealed though was something shocking. While Hrithik and Kareena looked their best in their well toned, slim and shapely bodies, it was the Bengali actress who is bursting at the seams literally.

Competition is fine Rani. And so is doing mature roles. The only jarring note is your weight. The contrast is too striking to be ignored, particularly when you are pitted against the best bodies in business!
