So the news is finally out. Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta haven`t split. Since their home is under repair, Reena moved with their two children to another flat in Bandra, Mumbai. Aamir had to stay back to look into some work before leaving for Locarno where he is a member of the jury.

"Trouble is not many people bother to get facts checked," says his irate father Tahir Hussain. "Why didn`t people try to contact Aamir before spreading such rumours?" he retorted when questioned.

Once the repair is complete the family intends getting back to the house. Only after Aamir gets back from Locarno would there be an official word from him. Given his intense dislike for controversy he should be very keen on getting things cleared. After all, controversy and Aamir don`t see eye to eye!
