Govinda is to soon launch a film under his home production. He is currently busy finalizing the cast and crew for the venture. Guess this should make him realize the value of discipline and punctuality. "The failure of Ankhiyon Se Goli Maare hasn`t affected me in anyway. I did my work sincerely.

Hits and flops are a part and parcel of my profession. So why should I let that bog me down," he remarked to the press. When asked if he regretted turning down Jackie Shroff`s role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali`s Devdas, he said, "No, not at all! What did Jackie have to do in the film anyway. Sanjay spoke to me with a lot of attitude! He was not doing me a favour by giving a role."
