Few days back even Aamir was asked by his choreographer Remo D'Souza to lose weight before appearing in a song for Ghajini.
As far as few KG adding or putting is concerned, the game looks sober enough. But what if someone is asked to gain as much as nearly 30 KG for a character?
You must be thinking it as some kind of joke. But with Bollywood acting-mania and its stars, nothing is kidding as far as it's related to acting.
Recently, at the music release of Summer 2007 (not too recent I must say), Ranveer Shourey was noticed with a popping paunch.
As fitness is an inseparable side of acting business, everybody around were guessing about what's wrong with Ranveer. With elapsing time, the belly wobbling even increased giving the serio-comic actor an altogether different look.
And this time the actor is even avoiding media-contact to hide his fresh look (if I can call new as fresh). But the amazing side of the fact is the actor is adding some extra kilos for his new role in a still unnamed film.
It's in many ways such as with his comic role in Khosla Ka Gholsa or the portrayal of a drug addict in Madhur Bhandarkar's Traffic Signal that Ranveer has proved his acting ability.
And with all the cases he makes sure to do his homework clearly before jumping in front of the camera for action. That's the reason the characters he plays looks so real.
This time, too, Ranveer is ready to justify with his role by attaining 110 KG just for the sake of his character in his upcoming film. The actor is quite obviously reluctant to face the media cameras and shying away from us these days not to get captured in his obese look before the promotion of the film gets started.
Still little away from his desired look, the actor is gulping more and more food to attain the target faster.
Well, it would be interesting to find out what her love interest Konkana Sen thinks of her plumpy boyfriend, especially now while the boy looks little like a pregnant lady. But well, that's with the child of acting of course!
Jokes, apart, Ranveer deserves applause for his dedication and honesty towards whatever he does for his characters. What do you say?
