Versatile actor Anil Kapoor will get to shake his leg on Carlton Entertainment Stage at UK`s biggest Asian and lifestyle extravaganza, ‘Mela 2002' in Birmingham.Anil, who was recently seen in Anupam Kher's directorial debut Om Jai Jagdish, will perform to a medley of his greatest hits, including tracks from his films like Taal, ‘1942 - A Love Story', ‘Mr. India' and Ram Lakhan.

He will also be opening his heart to thousands of cine fans in a series of personal interviews.The event is Britain's first major collaboration between leading Asian satellite channel Zee TV and mainstream channel Carlton. To ensure that Anil gets enough spotlight during the show, Zee TV has set up a special stand where Anil`s fans get a chance to meet him.

Actress cum writer Meera Syal and veteran actor Saeed Jaffrey will also be among the host of artists showing off their talent during the event.‘Mela 2002' will takes place at the NEC in Birmingham from 18 to 20 October.
