A. Oh! I like it so much. But I don't like to get drenched.
Q. What does appeal you the most in monsoon?
A. It's bhajiya and badapav. You can top the list with hot tea. Sometimes I get scared of having pimples due to all that. But again, I exercise a lot to balance the matter. I think there is no harm in having deep fried things once a month. I don't believe in suppressing my wishes.
Q. What do you think is the worst thing of this season?
A. The worst part of this season is traffic jam. The roads get so much water-blogged that all the city dwellers have to waste time on the roads.
Q. What do you miss the most while it pours heavily?
A. My jacket (laughs).
Q. How do you like to spend your monsoon days?
A. I would like to cook something tasty for me and then would watch a movie while enjoying my cozy bed.
Q. People do relate monsoon with romance. What do you think about it?
A. Yeah, absolutely. It's the genuine season of romance. In Bollywood also, romance is very attached to rain, especially romantic songs.
Q. What's your favourite song picturised on rain?
A. There are many of them but I like ‘Bheegi bheegi raaton mein...' the most among them.
Q. What do you generally wear while going out in a rainy day?
A. It's denim, denim and denim. I am quite particular about my shoes also. I am generally cautious of them being wet and at the same time I may slip on the mud because of them, too. At the same time I never forget to take my jacket because I feel very cold during monsoon.
Q. Do you have any special memory attached to monsoon?
A. Traffic jams in Mumbai roads. Jokes apart, I love the moments I stand at my balcony watching the rainfall. -Rajnee Gupta
